Utica-Rome Speedway’s 2018 racing season will kick off with an open practice on April 15th, followed by The Chill Factor 50 on April 22nd featuring the DIRTcar 358-Modifieds paying $3,000 to win, the DIRTcar Sportsman in a $1,000 to win affair, the Ted’s Body Shop Pro Stocks and the Rookie Sportsman. Racing action is set to kick off at 6pm.
