VERNON, NY- Last season, the SUNY Canton 602 Sportsman division was added as weekly division and during the first full season fans were treated to full fields and great racing week in and week out.  The same is expected for the 2016 season but now the drivers will have an extra incentive on select dates, thanks to Charles Tibbitts Masonry of Chadwicks NY. 

On seven occasions throughout the 2016 season, Charles Tibbitts Masonry will present the third place finisher in the SUNY Canton 602 Sportsman a new Hoosier tire.  Those dates will be April 17, May 1, June 5, July 10, August 7, September 4, and September 10.  Special thanks the Charles Tibbitts Masonry for their continued support, especially in the popular SUNY Canton 602 Sportsman.

The 55^th season at Utica-Rome Speedway kicks off on Sunday April 17 when Busch Beer presents Twin 20’s for the Gates-Cole Insurance Modifieds plus a full show of SUNY Canton 602 Sportsman, Broedel Energy Open Sportsman, and Pro Stocks.
